Terms of Use

1. The software

Ghost Client is a free, client-side utility client for Minecraft Java Edition, distributed from ghostclient.st as a Fabric mod JAR. It is provided as-is, at no cost, for personal use.

2. Fair play and server rules

Many Minecraft servers — including most large public networks — prohibit third-party utility clients or assistance of any kind. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the rules of every server you connect to, and for any consequence of breaking them. Ghost Client ships with every module disabled by default; enabling modules on a server that forbids them is your decision, made at your own discretion and your own risk.

3. Permitted use

• You may download, install and use Ghost Client on any computer you own or control.
• You may create and share config profiles.
• You may make backups of the JAR for your own use.

4. Prohibited use

• You may not resell, rebrand or redistribute Ghost Client as your own work.
• You may not distribute copies from mirrors that bundle additional software.
• You may not use Ghost Client to harass other players or to attack, overload or disrupt any server or network.
• You may not present Ghost Client as an official Minecraft or Mojang product.

5. No warranty

Ghost Client is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every server, mod or Minecraft version. Updates for the Ghost Client 26.2 for Fabric build and the classic 1.21.11 build are released on a best-effort basis.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ghost Client team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the client — including, but not limited to, account actions taken by any server, loss of data or game progress, or business interruption.

7. Minecraft and trademarks

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Ghost Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Mojang or Microsoft. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at ghostclient.st/terms.html, and continued use of Ghost Client after changes means you accept the updated terms.
